Podiacaere was founded with a simple yet powerful mission – to improve lives through the right footwear.
Our founder, Shidhila T Dinesh, recognized the transformative role of MCR (Micro Cellular Rubber) in relieving pain, reducing pressure on sensitive feet, and supporting people with diabetic and orthopedic conditions.
Her journey was inspired and guided by her father, a footwear technologist with over 24 years of experience in the industry. With his expertise and her passion, they developed a specialized range of MCR-based footwear that blends science, comfort, and care.
Shidhila holds a strong academic foundation in Polymer Engineering and Rubber Technology, a certificate in Diabetic Footcare, and has also completed observatory training in Podiatry from the Karnataka Institute of Endocrinology, Bangalore. This unique combination of knowledge and hands-on exposure fuels her commitment to innovation and patient-centered solutions.
Since 2019, from our base in Mysuru, Podiacaere has been dedicated to refining footwear solutions that make every step easier, healthier, and more confident.
Our Story
Our Founder`s journey began with a strong desire to make a dif erence in treating foot conditions through the power of footwear. She recognized the immense potential of MCR(Micro cellular Rubber) in addressing various foot ailments and improving the quality of life for individuals specifically with Diabetic and Ortho conditions.
Motivated by her fascination and driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Shidhila T Dinesh established Podiacaere in 2019 with its base at Mysuru. She, with the strong guidance from her father who holds expertise in footwear technology and has 24years of experience in footwear industry, developed a range of MCR-based footwear products that of ered optimal cushioning, shock absorption, reducing pressure on sensitive areas and providing relief.
She also holds a certificate in Diabetic footcare with an educational background of Polymer engineering and Rubber technology. At Podiacaere, we strive to advance the use of MCR and continually refine our products to meet the evolving needs of individuals as we understand the transformative power of footwear in managing foot conditions
